Conditions Hameau des Chapelles / Domaine de la Maridèle

Occupancy.
Each villa is suitable for max. 6 persons, children and babies included. One or two dogs allowed. If at checkin or after checkin it appears that the client is with more than 6 persons, children and babies included, Hameau des Chapelles/Domaine de la Maridele reserves the right to denie access to the client, without any  return of fee already paid.

Booking and payment.
Bookings are confirmed and definite only after payment of a deposit of 25% of the booking fee. This payment must be done within 10 days after the preliminary confirmation of the booking. After the payment of this deposit the booking will be confirmed and definite.

The remaining amount 75% of the booking fee must be paid 30 days before the day of arrival. Wre dont accept payments by credit cards, only by banktranfers.

Any additional variable costs, such as energy consumption, final or supplementary cleaning costs, rent linen and towels, taxes and reimbursement of damaged inventory must be paid at check out and before leaving the property by means of a cash payment.

Hameau des Chapelles/Domaine de la Maridele reserves the right to refuse reservations at any time, without giving reasons.

Cancellation of the booking
You
must notify any cancellation in writing.

The following costs will have to be paid as cancellation fee.
Cancellation more than 1 month before the date of arrival:  25% of the booking fee.
Cancellation less than 1 month before the date of arrival: 100% of the booking fee.

Please make sure you take a cancellation insurance.

Arrivals
On the arrival day the accommodation will be available from 15:00h to 17:00h for Hameau des Chapelles and 16:00h to 18:00h for Domaine de la Maridèle.

Damage
We trust that you, in case of damage or malfunction of inventory, inform the park manager.
Missing and damaged inventory might be billed to you on departure. If after your departure we come to the conclusion there is missing or damaged inventory you may be billed for the costs.

Departures
You will have to leave on the departure day before 9:00h in the morning. Please leave the house behind in good state of cleanliness. Do not leave dishes, food, full bins, garbage bags etc. and empty the wood-burner and BBQ, clean the oven and empty the dishwasher or turn it on on with the last dishes.

Park Rules
There are a few rules in the park. Each tenant is obliged to abide by them. Not allowed: - tents or caravans - causing noise - dog (s) runnig loose - car to park elsewhere than at the specified parking lot. The heated swimmingpools are open  from 1st of may till the 3pth of  September. Other periodes the pools are not heated.

Complaints
Despite all the care you could have a legitimate complaint. This complaint can be made locally and directly at the park manager, so he or she has the opportunity to solve it. Should the complaint not be dealt with satisfactorily in your view, then you have after leaving the park the opportunity to submit the complaint in writing after which you will get a written notice within one month.
