Prices include water and electricity tm 8kW per day (surplus will be charged at 0,30€) and major cleaning*.

Minimum stay: 4 nights, day of arrival any day except Sunday and Monday; in high season only per week and arrival / departure only on Saturday; 5% discount on 2nd full week and following reservations made directly with us

When booking bed linen your beds are already made upon arrival and your vacation can begin immediately
Arrival between 16.00 and 17.30 hours and departure no later than 9.00 hours
The costs for any bed linen and/or towel hire and additional electricity consumption are to be paid in cash upon departure.
*Cleaning fee for stays of 7 nights and more included; there is a surcharge of €50 for 4 nights stay, €35 for 5 nights stay, and €20 for 6 nights stay. However, it is expected that a house is left reasonable, so a small cleaning by the guests before departure is expected by us: take down beds, dirt away, dishwasher empty or in operation with last wash, empty wood stove, empty barbecue, oven, deliver broom clean, empty refrigerator/freezer compartment.

Mid-season 2026: June and September (Christmas/New Year, winter and spring, minimum stay of 4 nights).

High-season 2026: 11 July-21 August. In high season, only available on a weekly basis and from Saturday to Saturday.

Low-season: October to May

5% early booking discount for bookings made before 1 April 2026 with a minimum stay of 1 week.

5% discount on the second, third and fourth full weeks.
