• Check-in and check-out in high season only on Saturday; other periods (low and mid season) minimum stay of 4 nights, day of arrival free to choose, but not on Sunday & Monday; from Saturday July 11, 2026 until Friday August 21, 2026 (high season) only per week and arrival / departure only on Saturday
• 5% discount on 2nd week and following reservations made directly with us
• Dogs allowed (specify when booking), more than 2 dogs on request
• When booking bed linen your beds are already made upon arrival and your vacation can begin immediately
• Arrival between 15.00 and 17.00 hours and departure no later than 9.00 hours
• The costs for any bed linen and/or towel hire and additional electricity consumption must be paid in cash upon departure.
• Before departure, a basic cleaning is expected by guests: clean bbq and oven, broom-clean-deliver, trash gone, refrigerator empty, dishwasher or empty or on with the last dishes, pick up rented bedding and put on bed. C’est tout. There is an additional cleaning fee of €50 for 4 nights stay, €35 for 5 nights stay, and €20 for 6 nights stay.

Mid-season 2026: June and September (Christmas/New Year, winter and spring, minimum stay of 4 nights).

High-season 2026: 11 July-21 August. In high season, only available on a weekly basis and from Saturday to Saturday.

Low-season: October to May

5% early booking discount for bookings made before 1 April 2026 with a minimum stay of 1 week.

5% discount on the second, third and fourth full weeks.
